Overview

As a Cloud & DevOps Engineer at SysMind, you’ll play a critical role in building, automating, and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments. You’ll work at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and operations to accelerate software delivery while ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

The role demands strong technical expertise, automation skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to design cloud solutions, streamline deployment processes, and establish modern DevOps practices.

Your focus will be on enabling faster, safer, and more reliable software delivery through infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development teams to establish efficient build, release, and deployment strategies across environments.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using logging, monitoring, and observability tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Implement cloud security, identity, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment standards, and operational runbooks.
• Support high-availability and production environments, including incident response and continuous improvement.
• Promote DevOps culture, automation, collaboration, and operational excellence across engineering teams.
