As a Business Analysis & Strategy professional at SysMind, you’ll sit at the intersection of financial markets, business strategy, and technology, helping transform complex capital markets requirements into scalable, technology-driven solutions.

The role demands a blend of capital markets knowledge, analytical thinking, business acumen, and technology understanding. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, technology teams, architects, and clients to understand business challenges, define solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.

Your focus will be on analyzing financial products, trading and investment workflows, market data, risk processes, and operational functions, identifying opportunities for optimization and translating them into clear business and technology requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze capital markets business processes, products, and workflows across areas such as trading, securities, portfolio management, market data, risk, and operations.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to define technology-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments to identify inefficiencies, risks, automation opportunities, and areas for digital transformation.
• Analyze financial and market data to support business decisions, product strategy, reporting, and operational improvements.
• Develop business cases, solution options, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes for technology and transformation programs.
• Support product development and implementation by translating complex financial requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams.
• Participate in UAT, solution validation, defect analysis, and production readiness activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business, operational, regulatory, and technology risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Create process maps, functional documentation, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level insights to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Stay current with capital markets trends, fintech innovation, financial technology platforms, automation, AI, and evolving market practices to identify new opportunities.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and business ownership across cross-functional teams.
