Raised in Northport, New York, Justin Sloggatt graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He worked with Fortune 500 companies across North America, Canada and Europe installing and training staff with new financial systems specializing in general ledger, order fulfillment, procurement, warehousing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Venk Gorty, Co-founder of SysMind, has played an instrumental role in starting Startup IT product and consulting firms that has totaled sales of 15M in two years. At present Venk is Vice President Operations and Technology at SysMind and manages turnkey projects. Venk has a Masters in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and Bachelors in Instrumentation Technology from a reputed engineering institute in India.

Dr. Keiichiro
Dr. Keiichiro is a premier fixed income and credit derivative trading system architect/developer and fixed income and credit derivative quant/strategist specializing in program trading, derivatives valuation, statistical arbitrage, and high frequency trading.
He graduated MIT with PhD in Geophysics and worked for Fortune 500 companies like Boeing, Chevron and Industrial Bank of Japan. Currently he is Vice President of IT development for Derivative and Structured Product Group at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi.
He has strong track record in analyzing, designing, programming, and managing quantitative derivative valuation systems, analytical (algorithmic) program trading systems, and other financial engineering projects with extremely complex nature.level where he led budget, economic development and public safety committees.
